About Charles Joseph
Charles Joseph is the data governance and quality lead for Beazley, a global specialist insurance business which manages six Lloyd’s of London syndicates.
Charles first became involved in data quality when supporting Deloitte’s compliance function in meeting the audit independence obligations of Sarbanes Oxley. He moved to Beazley in 2011, when data management became a key area for insurers working to comply with the Solvency II directive. He leads Beazley’s Data Governance and Quality function, which is focused on enabling our people to make their decisions based on data of adequate quality.
Charles has a degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Imperial College, London, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
