John Ladley

John Ladley is a Business Technology Thought Leader with 30 years experience in information asset management and successful implementation of information systems.
He is widely-known as a data warehouse pioneer and is a recognized authority on enterprise information management, collaborative applications, business intelligence architectures, data architectures, data governance, risk management and assessment of data.
John is a demonstrated leader, offering strategic thinking, effective communication approaches, and management techniques gained in Fortune 100 companies, Big 5 consulting firms, and as an entrepreneur and industry analyst.
Besides founding several successful consulting companies, John’s experience includes working as a management consultant where he has deep experience in the healthcare, retail, insurance, defense and consumer products industries. He has served as a META Group Research Fellow, and was a board advisor to DAMA International.
He is widely published, co-authoring a well-known data warehouse methodology, and a trademarked process for data strategy planning.
John frequently writes and speaks on a variety of technology and information management topics. He co-authored “Data Warehouse, Advice from the Experts” in 1996 and has had regular columns in various publications. His Information Technology experience is balanced between strategic technology planning, project management and practical application of technology to business problems.
John is currently the Principal of IMCue Solutions, a new firm focused on ensuring that organizations maximize the value and minimize the risks associated with their information assets.
